One vehicle. One driver. One point of responsibility — from your first message to your destination.
I am Uroš — the person who answers your enquiry, agrees the details and personally drives you. Concrete Jungle King is intentionally a one-driver service. I do not operate a fleet and I do not pass confirmed journeys to a replacement driver you have never spoken to.
I don't only offer transport. I offer the certainty that everything will be organised properly, discreetly and without unnecessary improvisation. Nearly two decades in the firefighting service taught me responsibility, composure, and how to stay calm exactly when it matters most.
I bring that same standard to every drive — without the stiffness. I know when to stay unnoticed and professional, and when good conversation, a little humour and local knowledge make the journey better. What I want is for a guest to feel, from the first minute, that they have a dependable person beside them: someone who understands their rhythm, respects their privacy and takes care of every detail.
Working alone means I cannot accept every request. It also means that when I confirm your booking, you know exactly who is responsible for it.
Four things decide whether a private driver is worth booking again. They are not complicated, but they have to be consistent.
I arrive before the agreed hour rather than exactly on it, and I message when I am there.
What is said in the vehicle stays there. No names published, no destinations shared.
Washed outside and cleaned inside before every booking, not once a week.
Plans change on the road. Tell me and we adjust — that is the point of a private driver.
Five things I hold myself to. None of them are remarkable on their own — the value is in getting all five right, every time.
If I confirm a journey, I take personal responsibility for preparing and delivering the agreed service.
Clear questions, clear answers and confirmed arrangements rather than vague promises.
Traffic, delays and changes happen. Panic does not solve them; calm communication usually does.
Your time, privacy, family, business and personal space are treated with respect.
I share practical recommendations, but I will not push you towards a place because someone pays me for it.
Most of my guests are visitors, and the most common piece of feedback is relief at being able to just talk. Where to eat, whether a museum is open, what a taxi should cost from the old town, whether the pharmacy takes cards — small questions that make a trip easier when someone can answer them.
I work in English and Serbian. I can also manage basic conversation in Russian, but I would not describe it as fluent, so anything important is better handled in English.
The website is translated for planning purposes. Website translation and spoken languages are not the same thing, and I would rather be clear about the difference than surprise you at the airport.
This is an important distinction and I would rather be clear about it up front. I provide a vehicle and a driver: I take you where you want to go, wait, and bring you back. I am happy to tell you what I know about the city as we drive.
Private day trips with historical commentary at museums and monuments are the work of a licensed tour guide. If you want that, say so when booking and it can be arranged with a licensed professional who joins us for the day.
No office, no agency, no call centre. Messages come to my phone and I answer them myself. Every journey is subject to prior availability and written confirmation.
