Private pickup from Nikola Tesla Airport (BEG) to any address in Belgrade, quoted in writing before you commit — with a driver who checks your flight status, meets you in arrivals and speaks English.
Landing in a new city is the moment a trip either starts smoothly or starts badly. A pre-booked Belgrade airport transfer removes the taxi queue, the price haggling and the guesswork about which car is legitimate. You walk out of arrivals, someone is holding a sign with your name, and twenty-five minutes later you are at your door.
I'm Uroš — a Belgrade-based private driver. Every airport pickup is handled by me personally, in a black 7-seat van with leather seats and air conditioning. The price we agree on WhatsApp is the price you pay at the end. No meter, no night surcharge, no surprises.
Every transfer from Nikola Tesla Airport is a complete door-to-door service, not just a car ride. Here is what you get as standard, at no extra cost.
I check publicly available information for your flight number before the pickup and adjust to the circumstances and the agreed waiting arrangement. Flight checking does not replace direct contact — message me if anything changes.
I wait in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name, help with luggage and walk you to the vehicle.
Passport control and baggage claim take as long as they take. An hour of waiting is included in the price.
Large suitcases, skis, golf bags or a pram all fit. Tell me what you're carrying and I'll confirm before you book.
There is no meter in the vehicle. You tell me where you are going, I send one clear all-inclusive figure, and that figure covers the vehicle, fuel, tolls, airport parking and the agreed waiting time. It does not change because of traffic or because your flight landed late.
Payment is in cash, in person, at the end of the journey — the amount agreed in writing beforehand, nothing more. Euros, Serbian dinars and US dollars are all accepted. Card payment and company invoicing are not available yet; when they are, it will say so here.
Every transfer is quoted individually, and you have the figure in writing before you commit to anything. The price depends on the address, the time of day, the number of passengers and luggage, whether the return leg is booked at the same time, and how much waiting is involved.
The waiting arrangement is agreed in advance and counted from the actual landing time, so passport control and baggage claim are covered rather than billed as a surprise. Onward journeys past Belgrade — Novi Sad, Zlatibor, Kopaonik or across the border — are quoted the same way: one figure, agreed before you travel.
Nikola Tesla Airport (BEG) sits about 18 kilometres west of the city, in Surčin. In normal traffic the drive to the city centre — Stari Grad, Vračar, Dorćol or Savamala — takes roughly 25 minutes on the E70 motorway. During weekday rush hour, allow 40 to 45 minutes.
The public alternatives are the A1 minibus and the 72 city bus, which are cheap but leave you at Slavija or Zeleni Venac with your bags, still some distance from most apartments. Street taxis are inexpensive too, but the pricing is inconsistent and drivers rarely speak much English. A pre-booked private transfer costs more than a bus and less than a bad taxi experience.
I also cover the reverse direction: hotel or apartment to the airport for departure, timed so you reach check-in comfortably early.
Not everyone landing at BEG is staying in the city. I regularly drive arriving guests onward to Novi Sad (about 1 hour 15 minutes), Zlatibor, Kopaonik, Kragujevac and Niš, as well as across the border to Sarajevo, Budapest and Timișoara.
Long-distance transfers are quoted the same way — one confirmed price, agreed before you travel, with stops for coffee or photographs along the way if you want them.
It depends on your destination and group size, so I quote per trip. Message me on WhatsApp with your address and you'll get a clear all-inclusive price, and every enquiry is answered personally.
Give me the correct flight number when booking and I check the published status before the pickup. The arrangement is adjusted according to the circumstances and the agreed waiting policy.
In the arrivals hall just past customs, holding a sign with your name. If we somehow miss each other, you can call or WhatsApp me directly.
Yes. The van seats up to 7 passengers with luggage. I work with one vehicle, so a group larger than that cannot be covered in a single run — tell me the numbers and I will say honestly what is possible.
Tell me the number and ages of children when you enquire. Suitable child equipment is confirmed before booking rather than assumed at the pickup point.
Cash, in person, at the end of the journey. Euros, Serbian dinars and US dollars are all accepted — bring whichever you have, and there is an exchange desk and cash machine in the airport arrivals hall. Card payment and company invoicing are not available yet.
Yes. Early and late flights are regular work, and the total is confirmed in writing before you book.
I work in English and Serbian. I can manage basic conversation in Russian, but anything important is better handled in English. The website is translated for planning — website translation and spoken languages are not the same thing.
