This is a plain-language draft written to match how the site actually works. Fill in the legal business name, registration details and postal address, and have it checked by an accountant or lawyer before publication — particularly the sections on analytics and data retention. What information is collected
Only what is needed to quote and carry out a journey. When you send an enquiry by form, WhatsApp, email or telephone, that will typically include:
Special requests and health information
If you mention something personal — a wheelchair, a medical appointment, an allergy — it is used only to prepare for that journey and is not recorded anywhere beyond the message you sent. Please share only what is necessary.
How the information is used
To reply to your enquiry, quote a price, plan and drive the journey, and to be able to reach you on the day if something changes. It is not used for marketing, is not sold, and is not passed to third parties for their own purposes.
Who else may see it
Messaging and email are carried by the services you and I use — WhatsApp and the email provider — under their own terms. Where a second vehicle is arranged for a large group, the driver concerned is given the minimum needed to collect you: name, time and address.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted once they are clearly no longer relevant. Completed bookings are kept only as long as needed for the business record, and any period required by Serbian tax and accounting rules once invoicing applies. You can ask for your messages to be deleted at any time.
Website analytics and cookies
The site is intended to use privacy-respecting visitor analytics to see which pages are read and which enquiry routes are used. No advertising cookies are set and no visitor profile is built.
Where analytics or any other non-essential technology requires consent, a consent banner will be shown before it loads, and refusing it will not affect your ability to use the site or send an enquiry. The exact tools in use will be named here before the site is published.
Your rights
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw consent for analytics. The quickest route is a message to the address above — no formal wording is needed.
Changes to this policy
If the way information is handled changes — a new booking system, a different analytics tool, an online payment provider — this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
