HOW TO READ THIS

These are the working terms for a one-driver, one-vehicle service, written plainly rather than in legal language. They describe how bookings, prices, waiting, cancellation and payment actually work today. Where something has not been settled yet, it says so instead of pretending otherwise. Your own confirmation message always takes precedence over this page.

1. What is being provided

A private passenger vehicle with a driver, for journeys agreed in advance. This is a transport service. It does not include guided tours or commentary by a licensed tour guide, ticket purchase, or accommodation booking, unless separately agreed in writing.

2. Enquiries and confirmed bookings

Sending an enquiry — by form, WhatsApp, email or telephone — does not reserve a vehicle or a date. A booking exists only when it has been confirmed in reply, with the date, time, route and agreed price stated.

Please check that confirmation carefully. If any detail is wrong, say so before the day of travel.

3. Prices

Prices are quoted per journey or per block of hours, in advance, and cover the vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls and normal parking on the agreed route. A quoted price does not change because of traffic or a longer-than-expected drive.

Changes you make on the day — extra stops, a different destination, additional hours — are agreed at the time and may change the price.

—Every journey is quoted individually and confirmed in writing before travel
—The quote covers fuel, tolls, parking and the agreed waiting time
—A minimum charge applies to short journeys — it is stated in your quote
—Night hours, return legs, additional stops and long-distance routes affect the figure and are set out in the quote
—Journeys over 300 km in a day, and trips requiring overnight accommodation for the driver, are quoted separately

4. Waiting time

Airport pick-ups include a period of free waiting from the actual landing time, to cover passport control and baggage. Beyond that period, waiting is charged at an agreed rate.

For other pick-ups a shorter grace period applies, after which waiting is charged in the same way.

—Airport arrivals: the waiting arrangement is agreed in advance and counted from the actual landing time
—Other pickups: a period of free waiting is included and stated in your quote
—Waiting beyond the included period is charged at the hourly rate in your quote

5. Flight delays and cancellations

Where a flight number is provided, arrival is monitored and the pick-up time adjusted to the actual landing time at no extra charge. If your flight is cancelled or diverted, tell me as soon as you know and the booking will be moved or cancelled without penalty.

6. Payment

Payment is made on completion of the journey unless something else has been agreed. Accepted methods are stated at the time of booking. An invoice can be issued only where the legal and tax conditions for issuing one are met.

—Accepted payment method: cash, in person, at the end of the journey
—Currencies accepted: euros, Serbian dinars and US dollars
—Card payment: not available
—Company invoicing: not available
—Deposit: none — nothing is paid before the journey

7. Cancellation by the passenger

Cancel as early as you can, particularly for event dates and full-day bookings held weeks in advance. Because there is one vehicle, a date held for you is a date nobody else can have.

Nothing is paid in advance, so a cancellation costs you nothing directly. That is deliberate — but it depends on people actually telling me when plans change.

—Free cancellation: up to 48 hours before the agreed pickup time
—Cancellation later than 48 hours: no automatic charge applies, but tell me as early as you can — a held date that goes unused cannot be given to anyone else
—No-show at the agreed pickup point: no charge is applied at present, because nothing is paid in advance

8. Cancellation by the driver

This is a one-driver service, so illness, an accident or a breakdown cannot be covered by sending somebody else. If something happens, you will be told as early as possible and I will help you find an alternative — but I will not quietly hand your booking to a driver you have never spoken to.

Nothing is paid in advance, so there is normally nothing to refund. Where money has changed hands for a service that was not delivered, it is returned in full.

9. Passengers, luggage and child seats

The vehicle carries up to 7 passengers. The luggage compartment is 2000 litres, but seats and luggage compete for the same space, so the amount that fits depends on how many people are travelling. State passenger and luggage numbers when booking; if what arrives at the pickup point does not fit the vehicle safely, it cannot be carried.

A booster seat and a child seat are available and must be requested in advance with the child's age. There is no infant carrier, so a newborn cannot be carried safely in this vehicle.

Pets depend on the animal and must be agreed in advance. A pet travels in a carrier, not loose in the cabin.

10. Conduct in the vehicle

Seat belts must be worn. Smoking is not permitted, and that includes vapes and e-cigarettes. Drinking alcohol in the vehicle is not permitted either — including on event and celebration bookings, where it is asked for most often.

Ordinary use costs you nothing extra: there is no cleaning charge for a normal journey. Damage is a different matter and is charged according to what was actually damaged, discussed and evidenced before anything is asked for.

A passenger may be refused carriage, or a journey ended, where behaviour is unsafe, abusive or illegal. In that case the fare remains payable.

—Cleaning: no charge for ordinary use
—Damage: charged according to the actual damage caused, evidenced and discussed before anything is invoiced

11. Changing the route during the journey

Plans change and reasonable adjustments are part of what a private driver is for. Extra stops, a different destination or a longer day are charged on the same basis as the original quote — the time taken and the distance driven, at the rates above.

Nothing is added silently. If a change moves the price, you are told the new figure before the journey continues.

12. Availability and response times

Messages are answered between 08:00 and 18:00, every day. Outside those hours a reply may still come, but it is not promised.

Journeys booked in advance may be possible at any hour, including very early and very late flights, subject to prior confirmation. That is not the same as round-the-clock phone support.

Because there is one vehicle and one driver, seven to ten days notice makes a booking far more likely to be available. Event dates and full-day bookings are worth arranging several weeks ahead.

13. Property left behind

Anything found in the vehicle is kept safe and you will be contacted. Return can be arranged; where that requires a separate journey, the cost of it is agreed first. Responsibility for personal property during the journey remains with the passenger.

14. Liability, insurance and applicable law

Liability is limited to what the applicable insurance covers and to what the law provides. It does not extend to consequential losses such as a missed flight caused by circumstances outside the driver's control — traffic, weather, road closures or border delays.

If the insurance position matters to you, ask me directly and I will tell you in writing what is in place. I would rather answer that question properly than make a broad claim on a web page.

For time-critical journeys, allow a sensible margin and agree the departure time accordingly. Travel times quoted anywhere on this site are estimates, not guarantees. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.

Anything unclear?

Ask before you book rather than after. A short message now avoids a misunderstanding on the day.
