Weddings, anniversaries, corporate evenings and family celebrations — one vehicle and one driver for an agreed block of hours, so nobody in the group has to think about getting home.
Event transport goes wrong in predictable ways: the taxi app surges at midnight, half the group leaves without the other half, and somebody ends up driving who should not be. Booking a driver for the evening removes all three problems at once, for a price agreed before the day.
The vehicle is a black Ford Tourneo Custom seating up to 7 passengers. It is comfortable, discreet and clean — but it is a private van, not a stretch limousine, and it is not offered as a wedding show car.
The usual wedding booking is not the bridal car — it is everything around it. Parents and grandparents driven from the hotel to the church without walking in heels across half of Belgrade. Guests arriving from the airport the day before. The couple taken from the reception to their hotel at two in the morning, when no taxi wants the job.
For a wedding day the vehicle is booked for a block of hours with an agreed schedule, and the driver stays with the party for that whole period rather than making one trip and disappearing.
Hotel to venue and back, in groups of up to 7 per run.
An agreed block of time, not per-trip meters.
The last run home is planned in advance, not improvised.
Flowers, gifts, a change of clothes and the cake box all travel with you.
Restaurant dinners in Skadarlija, birthday lunches out of town, christenings, and family visits spread across several addresses — the sort of day where three cars would each need a driver and a parking space, and one van does not.
For older relatives in particular the van is easier than a saloon car: you step in rather than lower yourself down, and there is space to sit comfortably with a walking stick or a small wheelchair folded in the back.
Company dinners, award evenings and conference receptions where a group needs to arrive together and leave together. The vehicle waits at the venue for the agreed hours, and the group is driven back to one or several hotels in a single planned run.
For fuller corporate programmes — delegations, meeting circuits, embassy guests — the chauffeur service page describes the same driver working to a business schedule.
Groups on a weekend in Belgrade book a driver mostly so that the night has a plan: a fixed pick-up time, one vehicle for everyone, and a way home that does not depend on surge pricing at three in the morning.
A few house rules keep it pleasant for everybody: no drinking in the vehicle, no smoking, and anyone who is unwell rides in the front where I can pull over. Damage or cleaning caused during the booking is charged, and I will decline to carry a passenger who is not in a fit state to travel. Say what the plan is when booking and it will be an easy evening.
Evening and full-day event rates, minimum number of hours, late-night hours, and the cancellation terms for a date booked weeks in advance. Also whether decoration of the vehicle for weddings is offered at all.
Up to 7, depending on how much everyone is carrying. I work with one vehicle. A larger group means splitting the run across separate journeys, which has to be planned and agreed in advance.
It is a black Ford Tourneo Custom — comfortable and discreet, but a passenger van rather than a wedding show car. For photographs of the couple most clients hire a classic or luxury car separately.
As early as you can, especially for Saturdays in May, June and September. Dates are held once confirmed in writing.
Yes. Late finishes are part of event work; the hours are agreed in advance so the end of the night is already planned.
No. Nothing is drunk in the vehicle and smoking is not allowed. Getting the group home safely is the service being provided.
Ask when booking. Whether decoration is offered will be confirmed before this page states it as a service.
Event dates fill up early, especially in late spring and September. Send the date, the number of people and roughly the hours you need.
