Door to door in about 75 minutes, at an agreed price agreed before you travel — with an English-speaking driver and room for everyone's luggage.
Novi Sad sits 80 kilometres north of the capital on the E75 motorway. A private Belgrade to Novi Sad transfer covers it in roughly an hour and a quarter, collecting you from your address and dropping you at your door — no station queues, no changing buses with suitcases, no working out which platform.
I drive this route several times a week, in both directions, at all hours. Whether you're arriving for EXIT festival, a business meeting in the industrial park, a wine weekend in Sremski Karlovci or a wedding in Vojvodina, the price is agreed before you set off and doesn't change.
One agreed price covers the whole journey, in either direction, at any hour.
Collection from your Belgrade hotel, apartment or office, and drop-off at the exact address in Novi Sad — not a central bus station.
Fuel, tolls and my time are all in the quote. Traffic on the E75 does not change what you pay once the price is confirmed.
Suitcases, camping equipment for EXIT, instruments or sample cases all fit in the back.
Sremski Karlovci, a Fruška Gora monastery or a coffee break can be added — just say so when booking.
The E75 motorway between Belgrade and Novi Sad is fast and in good condition. The drive commonly takes approximately 75 to 100 minutes, depending on the pickup and destination addresses, traffic, road conditions and the time of day. It is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Leaving Belgrade on a Friday afternoon, or returning on a Sunday evening, adds fifteen to thirty minutes. During EXIT festival week the approach to Petrovaradin can be much slower, so I plan those pickups with extra time built in.
From Nikola Tesla Airport directly to Novi Sad — skipping Belgrade entirely — the drive is roughly the same, around 1 hour 20 minutes, and is a common booking for guests whose trip starts in Vojvodina.
Buses run frequently and cost very little, and the fast train reaches Novi Sad in about 35 minutes, which is genuinely quicker on paper. Both are good options if you're travelling light and staying near the centre.
They stop making sense when you have three suitcases, a small child, an early meeting, a late arrival, or a group of five splitting the cost. Then a private transfer that collects you at your door and delivers you to a specific address is usually both easier and, per person, not much more expensive.
It also removes the two least pleasant parts of the journey: getting to the station in Belgrade, and finding a taxi at the other end.
The same door-to-door approach, quoted as one figure in writing, applies to any intercity run: Zlatibor, Kopaonik, Kragujevac, Niš, Subotica and Vršac within Serbia, and Sarajevo, Budapest, Timișoara, Skopje and Podgorica across the borders.
One-way, return, or a multi-stop route over several days — tell me the plan and I'll quote it as a whole.
It depends on the exact addresses and group size, so I quote per trip. Message me on WhatsApp and you'll have a clear all-inclusive price back quickly.
Commonly 75 to 100 minutes door to door, depending on the exact addresses, traffic and time of day. Friday afternoons and EXIT week take longer, and I plan for that. Allow extra time if you are heading to a flight or a fixed appointment.
Yes. Nikola Tesla Airport to Novi Sad takes roughly the same time as the city-centre route and is one of the most common bookings here.
Yes — it's ten minutes off the motorway and worth it. A short stop can be included; a full wine tasting is better booked as a day trip.
Yes, including very late arrivals and early morning returns. Book as far ahead as you can, because those dates fill quickly.
Up to 7 with luggage, depending on the size of the bags. I work with one vehicle, so a bigger group cannot travel in one run — tell me the numbers and I will say honestly what is possible.
Cash, in person, at the end of the journey. Euros, Serbian dinars and US dollars are all accepted — bring whichever you have, and there is an exchange desk and cash machine in the airport arrivals hall. Card payment and company invoicing are not available yet.
Of course — the route runs both ways at the same confirmed price, including early morning departures for flights out of Belgrade.
